Photomicrography Competition

Awards will be announced at the SMSI Dinner on the evening of June 11, 2025. We invite you to submit up to three of your photomicrographs taken with any microscopy technique — darkfield, brightfield, fluorescence, interference contrast, polarized light, SEM, etc. — to the Inter/Micro 2025 Photomicrography Competition, sponsored by pH2, LLC. Attendance at Inter/Micro 2025 is not required.
Entries must be printed on paper and matted or framed and can be on film, or digital. The minimum image size is 5 x 7 in.; maximum is 12 x 18 in.
The deadline for in-person submissions at Inter/Micro 2025 is 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2025. Winners will be announced at the SMSI Awards Dinner on the evening of Wednesday, June 11.
