Photomicrography Competition
Awards will be announced at the SMSI Dinner on the evening of June 17, 2026. We invite you to submit up to three of your photomicrographs taken with any microscopy technique — darkfield, brightfield, fluorescence, interference contrast, polarized light, SEM, etc. — to the Inter/Micro 2026 Photomicrography Competition, sponsored by pH2, LLC. Attendance at Inter/Micro 2026 is not required. Winner need not be present.
Entries must be printed on paper and matted or framed and can be on film, or digital (tiff preferred). The minimum image size is 5 x 7 in.; maximum is 12 x 18 in.
The deadline for email and in-person submissions at Inter/Micro 2026 is 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2026 (Central Time, U.S. and Canada). Winners will be announced at the SMSI Awards Dinner on the evening of June 17, 2026.

Please submit a separate form for each photomicrograph entry (three maximum).
